DONATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Campaign Organiser: ELLE Malaysia (is used by TDST SDN BHD under license from HACHETTE FILIPACCHI PRESSE SA, Paris, France);

Charity: A charitable institution, foundation or legal entity, appointed by Yakeb for Be The Hope with ELLE campaign, that receives donations by YAKEB;

Be The Hope With ELLE: A charity campaign organised by ELLE (is used by TDST SDN BHD under license from HACHETTE FILIPACCHI PRESSE SA, Paris, France) Malaysia, aimed at supporting Charities by enabling Donors to donate a certain amount of money to YAKEB aiming to help Malaysian young female athlete(s) to pursue their dreams;

YAKEB: An organisation dedicated to the welfare and wellbeing of Malaysia’s former national athletes; supporting the lives of these individuals by providing them with access to healthcare, financial aid, educational opportunities, and other essential services;

Donor: The natural or legal person who, by using the official Be The Hope with ELLE campaign platforms, makes Donations to YAKEB for the benefit of a Charity;

Donation: An amount of money, donated by the Donor to YAKEB through official Be The Hope with ELLE campaign platforms, in accordance with these terms and conditions;

Donation Button: The button on the Donation Platform, that leads to a payment environment for Donations;

Donation Platforms: The official Be The Hope with ELLE microsite and selected ELLE Boutiques;

Campaign Website: The official Be The Hope with ELLE campaign microsite with the link www.Be-The-Hope-with-ELLE.com

 

  1. Donate RM20 and above to receive one (1) FREE Be Paris Bottle. Each donor (per IC) are entitle to receive maximum of one (1) FREE Be Paris Bottle only.
  2. Purchase RM200 in ELLE Boutique to receive a FREE Be Paris Bottle
  3. While stock last.
  4. All donations of any amount will be donated to YAKEB directly through official QR Code shown and displayed at all official donation platforms.
  5. All donations are not refundable.
  6. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every Donation.
  7. By making a Donation, the Donor agrees with these General Terms and Conditions.
  8. An amount of money, donated by the Donor to YAKEB, in accordance with these terms and conditions;
  9. These Donation Terms and Conditions apply to the content, realization and fulfilment of all Transactions of Be. Provisions, in particular specific ones, deviating from these Donation Terms and Conditions, are only valid insofar as they have been confirmed in writing by the Campaign Organiser.
  10. By using the Donation button, the User agrees to be familiar with and agree to the contents of these Donation Terms and Conditions.
  11. Campaign Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions of Donation.
  12. Be The Hope Campaign Organizer offers Donors the opportunity to make a Donation to support YAKEB in helping young Malaysian female athlete(s) to pursue their dreams in sports.
  13. The Donation will remain in provided official YAKEB bank account until the end of the campaign. After payment of the Donation the money belongs legally to YAKEB with the commitments to help young Malaysian female athlete(s) to pursue their dreams in sports.
  14. Should the Donor not agree with these Donation Terms, the Donor should not use the Services of Give For Good Foundation.
  15. Campaign Organizer is not liable for damages caused by third parties.
  16. The liability of Campaign Organizer is excluded insofar as the relevant damage is caused by an event attributable to the Donor.
  17. Under all circumstances, Campaign Organizer’s liability is limited to the Donor’s direct damages.
  18. Campaign Organizer shall never be liable for damage caused by the non-functioning or incomplete functioning of the Website(s) and/or the Donation Platform or parts thereof resulting in loss of income for a Charity.
  19. Campaign Organizer shall not be liable for anything, which the User shall be held to do towards third parties, other than for its direct obligation towards the User as arising from these Donation Terms and Conditions.
